Terms & Conditions

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum age of the child must be 4.

All children must be supervised by the adult.

Parents/guardians/carers should note that every possible effort has been made to ensure children's optimum safety. Although Ragged Rascals does hold insurance cover with
Pre-School Learning Alliance, please be aware that the children you bring with you remain your responsibility. Ragged Rascals cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of playing on the equipment.

All known accidents are reported in an Accident Report book.

All children play entirely at their own risk.

All children must abide by the Ragged Rascals rules.

Shoes must be taken off before playing on the softplay area.

No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken onto the softplay area.

Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be
taken onto the play area by children using the equipment. Personal items must be left with
parents/guardians/carers.

If Ragged Rascals feels that any child misbehaves on any of the equipment putting themselves or others at risk then Ragged Rascals reserves the right to ask the child to take timeout.

Only 5 children are allowed on the bouncy castle at a time. ALL children who play on this equipment MUST be supervised by their parents/guardians/carers.

No smoking on the premises.
