Just wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic equipment and service that you provided for my son Joshua's 1st birthday party. He had an amazing time, and i thought that his eyes were going to pop out of his head when he saw all the amazing toys.
Joshua and his friends had a brilliant time playing with all the varied and age appropriate, well looked after toys. Everyone was so impressed with the toys/equipment and the service that you provided was first rate.

We have been coming to Ragged Rascals for the past 3 years and both my sons thoroughly enjoy the playgroup. It is the best soft play in the area - an extremely friendly group and the equipment is very clean. Lara does an excellent job. We hired RR for my son's 3rd birthday and it was a great success. Its a shame we live further away now and cant come as regularly as we would like. Please can you hire someone to bring Ragged Rascals to Suffolk!!!" March 2011
This is a lovely soft play for pre-schoolers. Friendly mums, lovely play equipment which all scrupilously clean! Great hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream for the mums who need a boost!!! Lara is fab too - she works really hard at creating a nice atmosphere and getting to know people. If you haven't already taken your littleones, give it a go. Feb 2011
Ragged Rascals is excellent! I've been to quite a few soft-play sessions and this one is by far the best. The equipment is always clean, well-maintained and of a high standard. There's lots for the older toddler/pre-schooler to do as well as a lovely baby area. My highly energtic three year old always comes home shattered (result!).
We...also booked Ragged Rascals for my sons third birthday which was absolutely fantastic. So many parents commented what an excellent party it was (and have since booked it for their children).

My daughter first came to ragged rascals with my husband when he was on paternity leave when our son was born, he came back raving about how great the soft play session had been and how it would really benefit our daughter.
Firstly that my husband went to any playgroup says something about how friendly it is for Dads, I think it suits...the way they play with their children, which I think is great. You see many Dads at ragged rascals and that is quite rare.
Our daughter didn't walk until 17.5 months and has only just learnt to crawl at 2 years, I really think ragged rascals has played a massive part in this. The soft play enables them feel totally safe and more importantly I felt safe letting her try things. All the equipment is perfect for enabling them to gain confidence and succeed at different levels of ability. She has one more set of steps left to conquer! Even my 5 month old son loves the ball pit, sliding down the different slides, going on the see saw with his sister and bouncing on the trampoline.
There are many other benefits, mainly how welcoming it is whatever stage you are at, when I came with a 2 week old, Lara let me bring the phil and teds in to the room, even though it was a squeeze and really didn't mind at all about my daughter using the potty on the side of the room. You can also take your own food which is rare at soft plays, but you can buy perfect snacks for the kids too.
I can't complete the review without pointing out how well cared for and clean all the equipment is, Lara really does work hard and doesn't even blink when the envitable dribble on the bouncy castle needs wiping, probably from my son!
My daughter now says "Lara" when we talk about going to ragged rascals and it is lovely when you and the children are greeted by name and a smile.
I think I may need to start working on commission as several of my friends have joined me recently at ragged rascals and have all loved it and have come back again. Feb 2011
